Have finally found a rug with the three colors that perfectly match my loungeroom furniture. The colors in the rug are exactly as portrayed on the internt, which is a bonus. After sales service was astonishingly good as well, when I mis-read the freight company's label and thought the rug wasn't what I had ordered. Because there is no variation in the colors from the photos on the net and the actual rug, and because the after sales service was prompt when I was freaking out, I wouldn't hesitate to use rugsexpress.com.au again. thank you very much. I have a cream coloured lounge, mushroom coloured walls and deep purple curtains and matching cushions on the lounge. A bit House and Garden - the rug has given the entire room a rich and vibrant lift - and pretty much anything I want to add to the room (art, more cushions, throws) ties in with the multitude of colours in the rug. This rug is bright and cheerful and feels really plush under your feet. It has put a warmth over the tiles in our family room. The quality is excellent and better than I expected. Had problems with the courier which never left the rugs the first time as I was not home even though special instructions said leave on veranda. After that it was nothing but problems to get the rugs but it was worth the wait when they finally arrived today.

This rug is soft and the colours are lovely. I purchased this for our family room/play area and I am happy with the rug for this purpose. The occasional spill will be hidden. I bought this rug and it arrived today. (delivery was very quick considering I live out in country NSW). I decided to get the Grape Soho 150x220 for my baby's nursery (I didn't want to spend a huge amount as I have never purchased a rug online before_ sight unseen and I was nervous about whether the colour and texture of the rug would be appropriate). It arrived fully wrapped in plastic and was clean. I was surprised at how soft it was! the colour is perfect and I couldn't be happier with my choice! I highly recommend this product ! Recently purchased two rugs from Rugs Express. Both fabulous quality and considerably cheaper than local (Perth) shops. One rug was delayed due to courier error but Rugs Express owner couldn't have been more helpful. Used to waiting a long time for deliveries in Perth but not an issue with the other rug. Remember that any new rug "sheds" a lot in the first few weeks of wear so don't panic and think you have a dud! Worth noting that the colours are very true to the photos, which takes the guesswork out of your decision. Great online business - highly recommend.

I am very pleased with this rug. Great quality for price. Feels lovely on the bottom of your feet. The colours are quite different to the subtle smoky browns pictured. They are definitely more vibrant: chocolate, mocha, caramel browns, which luckily still fit with my decor. Would recommend Rugs Express and would definitely shop again.

It arrived in excellent condition, is soft and of a good quality pile and the colours are exactly as depicted on the photos on the site. The delivery took a long time, however, but over the xmas period, so probably unusual.

I am more then happy with my beautiful rug. It's great quality for the price and is very soft and spongy. The only thing to be noted is that the colour isn't as grey as it appears in the first image. It's more of a putty colour like the zoomed in image.

I find that this hallway runner has a rich red colour tone and the black pattern and border are a perfect match. I do like this runner as it is different to the traditional patterns out there in the market place, therefore making it more unique. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is that I would have liked it to be a bit more plush, it is soft to the touch though.

The rug definitely does not look cheap!! It is bright and vibrant and given its wide array of colours works well with whatever other furniture you may have in the room. The rug is soft and the pile is fairly short, so if you are looking for a shaggier or thicker rug this one may not be for you. For us it is perfect - comfortable, attractive and easy to vacuum and clean!

I found what I had in mind on the site and ordered it, it arrived so quickly! I was pleased with the rug, it suited the space perfectly and was exactly what I had imagined. The perfect size and colour for the space. My only criticism is that it seems dusty. We have vacuumed it each day since receiving it and it keeps filling up the vacuum cleaner, it seems to present fluff immediately after being walked on. We're still very pleased with the rug, we're hoping that it will wear in better after a few more days of being used and vacuumed.

We are very pleased with the price and quality of our new rug. I found Zac really great to deal with. The rug we originally chose wasn't available so we chose another one. In the photo online it looked much lighter in colour than it actually is. Hence it really doesn't go as well as I'd hoped. Pity as there was another one I would have preferred. I love the colour and pattern of the rug. It's a little thinner than I thought it would be, and scratchy rather than soft, but it's the only rug that looked remotely like what I was after. It has a gorgeous Moroccon look which is hard to find at your general rug store like Rugs-a-million. Freedom have similar but not in the coral, which is really what I was after. Overall I think the rug is a little overpriced, but I really like it and couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else. Delivery was quick.

Very pleased with the overall quality and design of this rug. The colours were a little less vibrant than what I had envisaged but that is probably due to my computer screen visuals. Delivery had a few glitches but this is not a fault with the merchandise and again, overall, I am pleased with the transaction.

We bought this rug as a 'big brother present' for our 3 year old boy when we bought our new baby home, and he is absolutely stoked! Arrived within a few days, looks exactly as pictured, and feels just as it is described, feels lovely on bare feet! Only downside is that it 'fluffs' quite a bit, which I am sure will settle down after a bit of regular vacuuming. Overall very happy.

Bought this on a whim....I don't usually by homewarers online but I've never seen a rug of this design before (and I work for an Interior Designer) so I took the plunge. Very happy with delivery...amazingly fast....rug is gorgeous the only disappointing thing is the colour it is not black and white it is black and beige....luckily it still works in the room it was meant for but if you are after black and white this is not for you. I was initially nervous to order a rug online, but am happy to say that the product is exactly as envisaged and pictured. The rug is is very unusual and good value - although I've seen an example of a patchwork cowhide rug in Neutral Bay ($1,099 on sale!) I've never seen one where the sections have been matched to form an overall pattern. Delivery was prompt and courteous.
